Defective items returned within 30 days are eligible for exchange when accompanied by a receipt and the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that could have been tampered with such as nutrients, pH adjusters, cloning gels, beneficial insects, and pesticides.
Special order items do not qualify for returns.
DO NOT ACCEPT packages that arrive damaged or appear to have been tampered with!Immediately notify UPS that you are refusing the package and give it back to the driver. Damages that occur during shipment are the responsibility of the shipping company. Please do not wait to report damage during shipping! We cannot accept returns on lamps or glass that are cracked/broken after delivery has been completed. Please check your package thoroughly to ensure that it has arrived intact.
Return Procedure: Before sending back any returns, you must first call us at (832-647-5296) to receive an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). If this number is not written on the box, we will not accept delivery of the package.
Orders over $150 will receive a 5% shipping credit.
This means that when you spend $1000 we will contribute $50 towards shipping your product to you. The remaining balance for shipping costs that exceed 5% of the total order will be billed to credit card. We do not charge extra "handling or processing fees". Our shipping costs only include the actual amount to ship the items (boxes, tape, and labor are free).
Orders under $150 will be charged minimum base rate of $15.
This charge includes a handling and processing fee for small orders. All orders under $150 are subject to additional freight charges if the shipping costs exceed $15. Common items that Incur extra shipping are fluorescent bulbs and Growing media like rock or dirt.
New Customers - Please be advised that all orders over $100.00 require a signature at delivery unless you waive the signature in the notes field when you place an order. If your billing address is different from your shipping address we will require a front and back copy of the credit card faxed to (281)888-2062 ...otherwise we will only ship to the billing address. These procedures are to protect the credit cardholder.
Heavy or oversized items often incur additional shipping costs and must be shipped as ground freight. We will only offer this if its shipped to our warehouse for pick-up. So please notify in comments section if this is the case. If the shipping costs exceed 10% of the total order, JSH Hydroponics will bill the credit card on account for additional costs. JSH Hydroponics will ship your order as economically as possible. Our discounts w/ Freight are incredible so please don't worry, we will work to find the most economical method possible.
All shipping quotes are for UPS Ground Freight. Small package UPS shipments will be delivered without appointments and require signature.

If paying by Credit Card, the shipping address must be verifiable with the issuing bank of the card. If it is not, orders will be shipped to the billing address if it can be verified as legitimate by the issuing bank. To add an alternative address (very easy) call issuing card company before processing your order.
Orders cancelled by the customer will incur a 20% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred for items that have shipped and the cost to have them returned to our warehouse.
Texas Residents will be charged a 8.25% Sales Tax.
